Have you recently installed any software or drivers, or anyone else who has access to that computer may have tried installing anything at all? Look in Control Panel > Programs and sort by date to see what was installed most recently (which may not show if installation was never completed, but it also might).I don't believe this is the case, especially if trying to extract SVCHOSTS.EXE as it looked like it might from the blurry image. This may be an installer for some software or driver that you tried to install, that part of it was blocked by your security software and it keeps running, and running, and running, never able to complete.
What Antivirus, Endpoint or Malware software are you running on this computer? Have you run any scans with an antivirus or Malwarebytes Anti-Malware to look for malicious files?.It also might not be malicious, who knows, especially since the image is too blurry to see any of the file names from the archive.If you don't know the source of this file, it CAN be malicious.Other files may try to run and then attempt to launch (or download then launch) the SFX WinRAR self-extracting executable. SFX files in MSCONFIG/STARTUP or check out AUTORUNS. That is the definition of a self-extracting executable. You won't find WinRAR on the system if that file was downloaded from the internet. WinRAR doesn't need to be installed for a WinRAR self-extracting executable to be used/run.From the blurry image, it looks like it might be trying to extract "SVCHOSTS.EXE", which if that's the case just save yourself the hassle and reinstall Windows, sounds like a virus to me.Take a screenshot with Prt Scr instead of trying to use a different device that can't focus on the contents in the box. Specific information in that window, being able to read the text, may actually be helpful in determining what it may be. The quality of the image is too blurry to be of any help, other than seeing it is from a WinRAR self-extracting archive.
